The integrated filling and replenishing machine consists of the WGTX-1800 filling machine and the LX3A-18. It features a 100L horizontal stirring hopper, PLC control, adjustable filling volume, and a filling valve. The pump head uses a waist-shaped rotor for smooth filling of granular materials, while the conveying pump head uses a three-lobe rotor for stronger suction, space saving, shorter pipelines, reduced resistance, and improved filling accuracy. It is suitable for high-frequency working environments. The rotor pump is driven by a servo motor linked to a Taiwan precision planetary reducer, ensuring smooth conveying and a wide filling range. It is widely used for replenishing and filling pastes, liquids, and sauces containing particles. Custom orders take 10 to 15 days.
