Scheme Composition:

Automates the entire process for pre-formed bags, including bag picking, coding, opening, filling, and sealing.

Materials drop from the upper hopper into the annular groove. As the mechanism rotates, the product is evenly conveyed to the discharge port. A plunger device (tamping device) then ensures the material is efficiently loaded/pushed into the pouch.
