Medical Cotton Balls

Scheme Composition:

Responsible for automatic bag feeding, coding, opening, filling, and sealing of premade pouches.

Performs high-precision quantitative weighing to ensure consistent weight per pouch and minimize material wastage.

Evenly conveys cotton balls to the weighing equipment.

Transports the pre-weighed individual packs of cotton balls to the hopper of the packaging machine. This unit can be omitted if the workshop ceiling height is sufficient.
